Christina James has 15 years experience in marketing and communications in the technology sector. She has helped define, launch and support strategic communications solutions for service providers and for enterprises, particularly in the education and healthcare markets. She has also worked as a marketing consultant and freelance writer. Christina has Bachelor of Arts degrees in journalism and English from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Arts degree in American literature from the University of Texas at Austin.
In addition to Identity Shift, Christina is the co-author of The Shift: The Evolving Market, Players and Business Models in a 2.0 World. Christina enjoys travel in the United States and abroad and, in 2008, added adventure travel to her repertoire when she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
